World Champion Exceptional Quality and Consistency
La Union is one of several farms processed at the Cerro Alto micro mill. This mill for the past 11 years continues to deliver exceptional coffees. The managers of the estate, which has approximately 18 cultivated hectares, and has an altitude of 1500masl.
The main crop consists of Caturra and Catuai. However, in the last few years, other Varieties have been cultivated, such as SL-28, Geisha, Milenio and Villa Sarchí.

This coffee is from the renowned Yirgacheffe region, one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing areas.Yirgacheffe is a picturesque region, with altitude ranges from 1,700 to 2,200 meters above sea level, providing the coffee plants with the perfect combination of temperature and rainfall, resulting in slow maturation and concentrated flavours.

This Antigua Aragon comes from Alejandro Andrade's farm and the Bella Vista processing mill, owned and operated by fourth-generation coffee farmer Luis Pedro Zelaya and his family. The Antigua coffee region is one of the better known in Guatemala, not only for its quality, but also for the beautiful colonial city that attracts visitors from all over the world.
Surrounded by 3 volcanos, it sits over 1,500 meters above sea level and has ideal coffee-growing conditions: rich soils, ample rain and sun, and consistent temperatures. This washed caturra lot is grown at an altitude of 1800 masl and exhibits a clean, sweet cup profile with notes of orange, caramel and white peach.
